All elements will be pre-discussed with your planning team to eliminate
redundant activities, and to ensure both clear communication and deadline
responsibility.

plan is in place to ensure your ability to continue operations until the
conflict can be successfully resolved.
Initially, a GPG representative will meet with your human resources and
operations executives to clarify operating goals in the event of a work
stoppage. Next, GPG conducts an on-site physical security audit of all
potentially affected facilities, identifies law enforcement capabilities
in those locations, and establishes the availability of temporary workers
to ensure production capabilities. GPG then designs a plan to address
all these issues in reaching your operational goals. When requested, GPG
will implement and manage your contingency plan.
