Our approach is to dedicate a GPG human resources specialist to your
team and design a process that meets your exact needs. Once that is done,
you will be armed with a background check template to ensure consistency
in every screening we perform for you.
All GPG templates include a “Reference Check Summary Sheet”
that immediately relays “at a glance” whether or not the candidate
has successfully completed the verification process. GPG has three designations
for all background checks: “PASS”, “HOLD”, and “FAIL”.
Completed reference check results can be faxed, e-mailed or posted to
a secure client account via the Internet.
