will be available to oversee every aspect of the final phase of recruitment.
Acting as your ambassador, GPG can coordinate air travel, hotel accommodations
and ground transportation associated with hosting your final pool of candidates.
This attention to detail conveys to candidates their importance to your
company, and ensures that the recruitment process projects the quality
of your organization.
When your organization has selected two finalists for an employment opportunity,
GPG will begin the "Pre-Close Process". This process involves
clarifying compensation and relocation expectations, and arriving at an
acceptable offer. Preliminary reference information is also gathered at
this time.
Once the framework for closure is in place, GPG conducts reference checks
and shares their findings with the hiring manager. After a hiring decision
has been made, GPG remains available to bring the process to final closure.
Upon hiring, GPG forwards a complete selection report to the client company,
along with a candidate/client satisfaction survey for continuous process
improvement.
