Thomas P. Griffin serves as President and Operating Principal of Griffin
Personnel Group, Inc (GPG). Under Mr. Griffin's leadership, GPG has successfully
protected over $80 billion in client assets and effectively delivered
sophisticated security services to over 30 client organizations.
Mr. Griffin has supervised the planning, execution and management of
over 100 executive protection details, without incident, and performed
strike management on behalf of clients in 42 states without interruption
to continued operation. He has conducted over 500 corporate investigations,
averaging a 94% closure rate and a 100% conviction rate for client criminal
cases investigated and prepared for prosecution by GPG.
During domestic and international security operations to date, Mr. Griffin
has been responsible for the management and deployment of GPG security
teams of up to 300 members. GPG is dedicated to meeting the unique needs
of its clients and has appointed key project managers at strategic locations
throughout the United States to meet this objective.
Before entering the field of Human Resources, Mr. Griffin enjoyed a distinguished
career in Law Enforcement for eleven years with a major metropolitan police
force.

Richard Giles plays a key role in the oversight of executive protection and investigative services offered by GPG.
Mr. Giles served with distinction in the United States Army before joining the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. During his eighteen year career in law enforcement, Mr. Giles worked extensively with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, developing effective strategies to help corporations detect and combat drug abuse in the workplace.
Rich has been recognized for his work in identifying drug abuse problems within companies and for the quality of the supervisor training and applicant screening programs he designed.
Mr. Giles has also led scores of teams through the contingency planning process in preparation for the possibility of a labor strike. In those instances where a strike has occurred, Rich has been successful in implementing that plan,
enabling safe, continued operations.
Mr. Giles insights into the security and human resource challenges faced by corporations allow him to offer innovative solutions to the complex problems currently challenging companies in today’s environment. His unique experience and contacts within national police departments make him a valued addition to GPG’s executive team.
David Ventimiglia, a special investigator for a county prosecuting attorney's
office, is a graduate of the University of Missouri at St. Louis and has
received advanced training in criminal justice through the FBI Academy.
Mr. Ventimiglia is an accomplished investigator with over twenty-three
years of law enforcement experience. In his highly decorated career with
a major metropolitan police department, Mr. Ventimiglia received the Medal
of Valor for bravery and upholding the highest standards of his profession.
Mr. Ventimiglia is a recognized expert in homicide and assault investigations,
and is a certified instructor in the use of special weapons and police
tactical operation. Mr. Ventimiglia worked for over eleven years as a
homicide investigator, and for five years as a sniper and a hostage negotiator.
He has successfully interviewed over 150 murder suspects and was a primary
investigator for the high profile homicide team. In recent years, he has
focused his attention on systems and processes to protect executives from
assaults in business settings and during business travel.
Isabelle Gomez is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with
an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and an advanced degree in
Business. Ms. Gomez has worked closely with GPG Fortune 500 clients on
executive protection issues since 1994.
In addition to her work with GPG, she has worked for the past ten years
as a supervisor in the homicide division of a major police department.
Ms. Gomez serves as a corporate escort and interpreter for GPG. She was
born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and is fluent in Spanish and
English. Ms. Gomez holds a third degree black belt in Karate, making her
a valued staff addition on domestic and international trips.
Frank Friel is nationally recognized as one of the premier law enforcement
officers in the United States. With a prestigious career spanning over
thirty years marked by accomplishment and innovation in his field, Mr.
Friel is a highly valued resource in meeting the complex security needs
of businesses today.
Mr. Friel is a graduate of St. Joseph's University with an advanced degree
in Criminal Justice and Public Safety. Additionally, he is a distinguished
graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's National Academy. Mr.
Friel enjoys national stature as a leading expert in organized crime,
white collar crime and high profile homicide investigations. He has directed
large-scale, multi-jurisdictional law enforcement task forces that have
investigated major crimes with an unprecedented 100% clearance rate.
Mr. Friel possesses extensive experience and training in the areas of:
major fires, arson investigation, riot control, explosives and hazardous
material handling, special weapons and tactics (SWAT) and emergency/disaster
preparedness.
Dr. Rabun received his bachelor degree in Forensic Anthropology from the
University of Tennessee in 1983, and completed his medical training at
the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences in 1987. He later
attended the Washington University psychiatry residency program, completing
his residency in 1991.
Currently, Dr. Rabun works as forensic psychiatrist at St. Louis State
hospital. He also practices emergency room psychiatry at the St. Louis
Metropolitan Psychiatric Center and has a private forensic psychiatry
consultation service in Clayton, Missouri. Dr. Rabun is a diplomat of
the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Psychiatry
and Neurology. He is a certified forensic examiner in the state of Missouri,
and is a member of the state Forensic Certification Committee. As a forensic
psychiatrist, Dr. Rabun evaluates defendants for state and federal courts.
Dr. Rabun assists both the Secret Service and FBI in this region with
threat assessment, and lectures to various groups on dangerousness, issues
in forensic psychiatry and serial sexual homicide.
Dr. Rabun assists GPG clients with threat assessment, pre-termination
consultations and training in the areas of workplace violence prevention.
Margaret Trittler enjoyed a distinguished twenty year career in law enforcement
serving on the DEA/FBI joint task force and as an undercover operative investigating
high level drug abuse activities. For the past ten years, Ms. Trittler has assisted
the clients of GPG in dealing with issues relating to drug abuse in the workplace and
DEA compliance. In addition Ms. Trittler has received extensive training in EEO
compliance and investigation. As a result of her in-depth knowledge of these problem
areas, Ms. Trittler has been able to design solutions that address these HR/Security
challenges and prevent their recurrence.
